We raise awareness about energy usage within buildings, a crucial first step in implementing sustainability.
We drive innovation in the real estate industry by enabling smart, remote, and secure building control through real-time data connected to digital twins.
We contribute to sustainable and intelligent buildings by enabling smart maintenance, which helps reduce CO2 emissions.
We deliver sustainable solutions that empower people to take real-time, proactive actions, positively influencing climate change.
UTwin aims to reduce the environmental impact of real estate and infrastructure, supporting the UN’s goal of zero-emission, efficient, and resilient buildings.
Buildings account for over 35% of global energy use and nearly 40% of CO2 emissions. UTwin’s smart platform raises awareness of consumption, helping users optimize energy use.
It provides a centralized data management solution that simplifies certifications like LEED and BREEAM. Using IoT sensors, it tracks key green metrics such as carbon footprint, energy and water use, air quality, space utilization, and occupancy.
UTwin offers a cost-effective, all-in-one tool to monitor and visualize building data, aiding decision-making.

With over 80 proposals submitted by SMEs, UTwin has been awarded a non-repayable grant of €150,000 by Intesa Sanpaolo for developing ESG-focused solutions with a positive impact on CO2 emission reduction. The grant was part of the «In Action ESG Climate» program, organized by Intesa Sanpaolo's Insurance Division (Intesa Sanpaolo Vita, Intesa Sanpaolo Life, Fideuram Vita) in collaboration with the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center. The program supports companies in their ecological transition efforts, such as reducing CO2 emissions and promoting circular economy business models and solutions.
