UTwin presents Pestalozzi School Digital Twin in Turin

On the occasion of the second birthday of the House of Emerging Technologies in Turin, Italy, UTwin had the opportunity to present the project carried out between the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023 to create a digital twin of a public school and integrate several sensors installed in the building, for centralised and remote monitoring of all environmental conditions. UTwin had been among the five solutions selected to embark on a collaborativa project as part of the Call4Testing initiative last year.

Thanks to this pilot project, UTwin is now integrated with Cisco's sensor solutions, and it is possible to receive real-time data on temperature, humidity, people counting, access and room brightness, in order to monitor the ideal conditions in a building.

This event was also an opportunity to demonstrate our technology and allow the attendees to experience the Digital Twin Experience, entering an immersive, digital world that fully reproduces the conditions of the monitored building.
