The Bulgari Hotel in Rome adopted UTwin as the central platform for managing and centralizing BIM models, immediately after completing the construction site in July 2023. The service provided through the UTwin platform focuses on digital asset management via a data-sharing environment (ACDat and CDE), ensuring continuous updates for re-layout activities and modifications over the years. UTwin serves as a repository for approximately 40 BIM models covering all disciplines, from architectural to systems. The platform facilitates direct collaboration with designers for document submission and hotel layout revisions, ensuring a dynamic and integrated approach to building management.
