A digital twin of Xerjoff's headquarters and production facility in Pianezza, in the province of Turin, was created. The project began with a 360° photogrammetric survey, followed by digital mapping of both the facilities and the architectural structure.
Subsequently, all data was uploaded to the UTwin platform with the aim of improving the operational management of the property through Facility Management.
Xerjoff uses UTwin as a repository for BIM models, a centralized document archive, and a maintenance management tool for routine and extraordinary interventions through an ACDat and CDE data sharing environment.
Creation of a digital twin of the headquarters and production plant Digitization of facilities and architecture using photogrammetric surveying Integration and uploading to the UTwin platform Implementation of functionality for Facility Management
Reduction in operating costs thanks to optimization of Facility Management Improvement of the operational management of spaces and facilities Centralization of maintenance data, with traceability and quick access to information Creation of an ACDat/CDE data sharing environment for collaboration between designers Greater efficiency in maintenance processes, both routine and non-routine
