About Fiordaliso Shopping Center
Fiordaliso Shopping Center is one of the main retail hubs in Lombardy, located in Rozzano, just outside Milan. Covering over 10,500 m² with more than 150 stores, it hosts major brands in fashion, electronics, cosmetics, and home goods, along with a large food court and an Iper supermarket.
Opened in 1992 and renovated in 2021, Fiordaliso remains a key destination for shopping and leisure, thanks to its 7,000 parking spaces and the recent expansion of the “Fiordafood” dining area. The mall also boasts Italy’s largest vertical garden, awarded the Guinness World Record in 2012.

- Survey and BIM modeling of the entire commercial complex based on existing structures (architectural scope)
- Implementation of the UTwin platform for digital asset management
- Support for tenant re-layout operations and fit-in/fit-out management
