As part of a broader digital transformation process, Safilo launched a project to digitize its headquarters with the goal of optimizing space and maintenance management, while enhancing traceability and operational efficiency.

Scope of Work

• Creation of the building’s Digital Twin for centralized management of systems, assets, and technical documentation
• Implementation of the UTwin platform for monitoring maintenance workflows and digitizing operational activities
• Centralization and digitalization of technical and design documentation (floor plans, technical sheets, BIM models)
