WaltherPark is the new urban hub under construction in the heart of Bolzano: an ambitious project merging residential, retail and office spaces, designed to redefine the urban experience of the city.
Sir David Chipperfield - one of the most renowned architects of our time and winner of the Pritzker Prize 2023 - has created a true masterpiece with the WaltherPark. Clean lines, natural materials and rooms flooded with light create an architectural ensemble that blends harmoniously into the urban landscape and redefines Bolzano architecturally.
The project is developed with a focus on the architectural quality and functionality of the spaces, and is managed by Svicom, a company specialising in property and asset management.
