About Via Pola 9

The project involved the creation of a digital twin of the building located at Via Pola 9, Milan, integrated with the UTwin platform for maintenance management and energy consumption optimization. The mapping included both the architectural structure and the existing mechanical systems, which were then uploaded to the UTwin platform to centralize all activities related to maintenance, energy efficiency, and indoor comfort. The property owner chose UTwin with the goal of leveraging the digital twin to support the building's sustainability certification process.
