La Centrale at Nuvola Lavazza is a former power plant built in 1897 by Turin-based engineer Ermenegildo Perini, located in the Aurora district just minutes from Turin's historic center. The venue includes four main areas: the foyer, a 1,200 sqm event space, an indoor terrace, and several conference rooms. The project involved creating a Digital Twin of the building, integrated with the UTwin platform for maintenance management. The mapping process covered both the architectural features and existing mechanical systems, which were uploaded into the UTwin platform to centralize all maintenance, energy management, and environmental comfort activities.
